At the heart of our fast-growing business, the ideal candidate will offer a first class experience in both candidate and account management, stay up to date with industry trends, identify new sales opportunities, and develop additional business with our existing accounts. Additionally, as part of the Perpetual: Delivery Team, this person will contribute on special projects including: creating best practices in developing processes for a growing team, improving internal processes and creating intellectual property, bringing clever ideas for social media marketing campaigns, assisting with events, and general support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Building a network of top talent from across CPG by sourcing, interviewing, and meeting with passive and active candidates daily
  • Conduct market research and partner with business development team to identify leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Manage communication with internal team and external clients to ensure a best-in-class experience with Perpetual:
  • Conduct project assessments to understand best practices and development areas
  • Contribute on special projects as needed including: events, marketing campaigns, and other general support

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Extremely motivated, with a strong work ethic plus demonstrated teamwork, and proven results
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a high energy level and capability to keep pace and focus in a fast-moving work environment
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset, especially as priorities change
  • Interest in quickly learning client management, research and support responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to source, screen, interview, and recommend prospective candidates for employment
  • Excellent client service, sales, and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
